UpWise Terms of Use
Effective date: 22 June 2026. These terms describe the general rules for using UpWise.
1. What UpWise provides
UpWise helps schools and teachers create, review, launch, and analyse classroom learning activities. AI-assisted drafts are intended to support teachers, not replace teacher review or professional judgement.
2. School and teacher responsibility
Schools and teachers are responsible for checking activity content, factual accuracy, suitability, curriculum fit, student access, and classroom use before students see an activity.
3. Student accounts
Student access is school-managed. Students should use the login details supplied by their teacher or school. Schools are responsible for deciding who may join classes, activities, competitions, and home practice.
4. Uploaded material
Users must only upload or paste material they are allowed to use for teaching. Uploaded source files, lesson text, metadata, generated activities, and related evidence may be processed to provide UpWise features.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use UpWise to upload unlawful content, harm students, bypass school controls, attack the platform, scrape data, or misrepresent AI-generated output as reviewed learning material.
6. Availability and changes
UpWise is actively developed. Features, prices, workflows, and supported integrations may change. We aim to keep school workflows stable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
